Eligibility for Refund
A refund request must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory.

Refund Process
Email us at support@taranamusical.com with your order details.
Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back.
After inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
