Return Policy

At Tarana Musical, we accept returns or replacements only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by contacting us with valid order details. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging along with proof of purchase. An unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification. Returns will not be accepted after 3 days of delivery or for used, damaged, or customized products. Once the return is approved, a replacement will be provided subject to availability, or a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
