Tarana Musical Store ships products across India through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners. Shipping availability may vary based on product type, size, weight, destination, and courier serviceability.
International shipping, if offered, will be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and delivery timelines, which will be communicated separately.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout or on the invoice.
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

- Courier partner rates
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
Custom orders, special imports, back-ordered items, or large instruments may require additional processing time. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at the time of order placement and/or shared via order confirmation.

- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-metro / remote locations: 5–10 business days

RISK OF LOSS & TITLE
All orders are shipped under a shipment contract.
- Ownership (title) and risk of loss pass to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier or logistics partner.
- Tarana Musical Store is not responsible for delays or damage caused after dispatch by the courier service.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges, or the order may be cancelled at Tarana Musical Store’s discretion. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
Customers are advised to check the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the package appears:
- Damaged
- Opened
- Tampered
Please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform Tarana Musical Store with photos or video proof.
If damage is discovered after acceptance, claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and coordinating with the courier partner for delivery updates.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
